The Founder & Owner of Coastal Voice and One Stop IT(Information Technology) was born in the city of Lille, located in the north of France near the border of Belgium. After receiving a national high school award as one of the Top 500 Mechanical Students in France, Olivier attended the Université de Technologie de Compiègne one of France's TOP ranked technical colleges, (similar to Georgia Tech) where he received his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. " I can fix just about anything - electronics, appliances, vehicles, house repairs, plumbing, and computers! " states this multitalented Savannah resident with a charming French accent.
Relocating to Paris, after college, Mr. Jouffrault worked for a well known business consulting firm for years before deciding he wanted to try something completely different. A devoted foodie, he attended a French Crepe restaurant entrepreneurs' boot camp in France in the Brittany region, the heart of the French Crepe industry. Olivier then relocated to Atlanta before moving in 2005 to Savannah where he built a crepe cart, which he used to sell crepes all over Savannah at various locations including Farmers' Markets and street festivals. Seeing the growth of Savannah's economy, Olivier began investing in local real estate properties. In 2007, he founded One Stop IT, the information technology company which gained the Restaurant Manager's Media Maven Award. One Stop IT, located in the Starland District of Savannah, provides much needed on-site Point of Sale support for Restaurants. This can include assistance with Sound System, Networking, Phone System and Security Solutions. Clients have included restaurants such as Local 1110, The Public, The 5-pot, B.Matthews, Ampersand, Tequila Town, and SCAD's Gryphon Tea Room. Olivier Jouffrault holds membership in many of the local business networking organizations including: Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, Buy Local Savannah, The Tourism Leadership Council and the Small Business Chamber of Savannah.
This tall Frenchman's hobbies include Tennis, Soccer, Skiing, Sailing and renovating houses . He currently resides in historic Baldwin Park with his wife Yvonne, their Dog Bee, 2 cats and 2 rapidly growing children ! The family is a member of Blessed Sacrament church and is active in the French Savannah, the local French cultural group which Oliver started in 2008. Olivier's favorite food, other than crepes with Nutella, is the regional French dish of Tartiflette which is made with potatoes, Reblochon cheese, lardons and onions. His favorite wine is a St. Julien Bordeaux and his favorite beer is a Belgian Triple Beer. Olivier and his family enjoy sailing and often vacation in the France region of Brittany, a well-known sailing destination. Always up for adventure, the Jouffrault family is working on their next international voyage, this time a trip to visit the food capitals of Asia !
